STEMI 2008- WHO IS JESUS?

STEMI= STEVEN TONG EVANGELISTIC MISSIONS INTERNATIONAL

1st Day- Thursday
invited my classmate ye you hua to the event.. she didnt respond to the hu zao from reverend steven tong.. maybe need to slowly show her God's love.. too early to ask her to receive Christ after 1 session.. need to pray more for her.. that God moves her heart towards Him.. :)

many people responded.. really excited at the prospect of bringing more people to Christ..

2nd Day-Friday
asked De Yuan to come.. though he's christian already, hope that God's word will inspire him and let him have the Holy Spirit's flame inside him again- to be "huo re" again :)
You Hua came but didnt go into the stadium.. just had dinner with her and De yuan.. guess it's too early and too fast.. it's my fault too.. i was too stubborn and keep insisting that she come..
felt quite bad later and thought i should be more sensitive to people's feelings.. hai.. if you're reading this huh.. sorry !! ( to you hua )

today's the 1st day i sang.. cos during 1st day i brought my friend so didnt sing.. it was quite ok..
today's sermon was about Jesus' Divinity ...


3rd Day-Saturday

headed down to Indoor Stadium.. supposed to reach at 1pm.. but was late.. luckily reached in time for briefing.. by pure coincidence. managed to sit with my church sunday school cohort!! we took up 7-8 rows :)

liang yu, wen li, xing yong, xin yi all came.. my pri 4 batch also came. bo jun, qiao yi n yong xin

didnt get to see jia yu and jia cheng.. or jiamin..
during the hu zao.. brought liang yu down to the stage.. i took down particulars for a pair of twin sisters who received christ today :) glory to god!! :) amen..

rushed out after children's gospel rally for a quick meal..

came back 5plus for rehearsal..

attended Q and A.. reverend steven tong's Q and A is very good.. every qn and every point he answered with boldness, clarity and i feel totally answered the person's qn..

May God bless His servant and manifest His glory thru Reverent Steven Tong..

Today's sermon was about "dao" john 1:1- in the beginning was the word - the word was "dao" in chinese..

explained abt socrates, confuscious, lao zhi and greek's logos~, indian's barahma, which are essential seeking for the cosmic reason the cosmic truth, the Apostle John wrote in the gospel of John in the beginning was the word, etc, and he surpassed the chinese, greek and indian civilisation on the understanding of the truth ( aka zhen li )

quite an intellectual debate and explaination.. my brains almost got fried cos it was being pushed to the limits ha..

mani pple responded to the hu zao.. i was amazed cos i tot being the 3rd day the pple would be lesser but yet God manifests His glory indeed.. more pple responded than the previous 2 days!! ;) Amen

- really wonder if i'll still be as excited as i am now- am i in a state of euphoria?

- i really have a great sense of urgency.. when i boarded the shuttle bus on the way to indoor stadium.. saw many kids staring back at me..

- i wondered.. why didnt i ask my cousins to come? is it cos it's "too late minute" ? ?

-May God give me courage, wisdom and boldness to proclaim and spread the Good News to the rest of my relatives.. teach me Lord ...
